Through our links with leisure providers, instructors, clubs and facilities we can point you in the right direction to a more active lifestyle. Many of our activities are completely free of charge and can serve as a gentle introduction to starting something new. But we can also offer advice on how to become more physically active on your own and then how to build this in to your daily schedule.
